I haven't had a good night, my body hurts and I'm exhausted to the extreme since I only had 3 hours of sleep...I'm really really tired and sore but I didn't finish my 90 crunches & the rest of my 100 workout. However, I finished day 2 of my 30DS and I briskly walked for a mile and s half today...is that enough? Or should I just sleep? Help!

SLEEP!! Don't try to work out while your sleepy... you could hurt yourself! I'd fall asleep on the floor =p I'd say you've done plenty!0

I was thinking the same thing...you have done enough today...
Drink some water....take a advil or something for the soreness and go to bed!
Make sure you you eat your calorie allotment. Your body needs the food to heal the muscles you used!
You will feel better in the morning...and can start all over again!!0 -
