I need friends! I just now downloaded MFP again, after using it a few other times before. I have lost 10 lbs on my own doing low carb diet but the weight loss has slowed and I need to lose another 40 at least. I’m hoping to add some new friends on here to keep me motivated. Well I havent looked at its website entirely yet (my computer is too slow), but I believe it has a digital screen that tells you how many calories you are burning and all that. Again, not 100% sure, but I know it is more technical than just holding weights and jumping.

Sorry this happened to you, I think we all get a little side-tracked every now and then, but the important thing is your recognized it and came back. The first thing I would do, is go take a long walk. Or some form of exercise. Nothing gets me more motivated than a little workout. Then everything else will fall into place…

I would have that problem except I dont keep sweets in my house or anything else I know I will binge on. I'd rather have an empty pantry, than have everything in there to tempt me. But good attitude - today is a new day!

I also use this machine alot. I used to only use the treadmill, but after seeing the calories burned in such a shorter amount of time than the treadmill, this is the only machine I use anymore.
