First 100 days of MFP

My first 100 days have been tricky. Within the first half, I lost up to 12 lbs. I was feeling so good, I was on track! Then I had my birthday, family from out of town came, and I haven't been able to jump back on since. Now I'm just at a 5 lb loss. More than half of it has came back.
I need to get my motivation back. How do I jump back in? I need some guidance.

think about what you need to do....do this while walking! and then take back your control and do it, don't feel bad for days past anymore! by the end of the day i'll bet your motivation will be back, because you will have done some good! good luck and keep logging your food and posting0

Sorry this happened to you, I think we all get a little side-tracked every now and then, but the important thing is your recognized it and came back. The first thing I would do, is go take a long walk. Or some form of exercise. Nothing gets me more motivated than a little workout. Then everything else will fall into place and you will be excited for this weight loss journey again. Good luck to you!0
