I'm trying for 10 kg i really want to get my belly down. I'm not asking for a 6 pack but just a normal. I'm a size 14 now and I want to be a size 7 or 8 in that time. Hopefully more than 10 kg. But I don't go by kg i do the inches.

I want to lose weight for my wedding in 2 to 3 months. But my problem is I don't know what to do or where to start from.

Calorie deficit? Like 1200 calories a day or less ?

I will try to keep that in mind and try to work by it the whole 5 eating 5 times a day. It's a lil hard coz I'm used to eating one twice a day. Breakfast and dinner.

I have a level 4 bra and a tight tank on top but still they find a way to come out. I will try wearing 2 bras. I hope that will work out good!

Can you tell me what you eat during you workouts? For my that is very important to know what to eat. That is a great thing you went from 12 to a size 8 I really think that is a ton of weight loss keep it up and good luck to you!! :)

My biggest problem is the dieting part eating part i really have no idea what I should or should not eat. I know the basics No sugar no white bread no rice and all that.... Thank you for the points I will keep that in mind I know I need at least 3 rounds of insanity to be satisfied With my body.
