Happy to find all these great tips. What works for me is to never have that first bite of something I will binge on. I never want to binge on salad, and I don't even binge on all rich desserts. Only a few ones are irresistible. I can treat myself with coconut macaroon treats without binging, but not nata coco pudding cups…

I lost almost 10 pounds just by drinking 2 L of water (I'm 5'1" for reference) and taking fibre supplements daily either in the form of inulin, chia seeds or psyllium husk. Right now I'm on Celexa. I've tried citalopram and escitalopram only. I notice that the sharp edge of life feels a little softer and I feel a little less anxious, but I'm still sad and feeling like I'm numb and dead inside. Maybe I should shop around for another medication.

Actually I just realized I lied. I do look forward to 1 thing: and that is a delicious meal. Meal time and sleep are the happiest parts of my day. It's making it hard to lose weight because I'm losing one of the things that I look forward to every day.

I think any mat works as long as you have one of those microfibre yoga towels. You can get them anywhere.

You're eating really nutritious food. I think a few days at 1000 when you feel stressed is not going to kill you, but if it lasts more than that you should make yourself eat more healthy calories until you reach 1200.

What do you eat in a typical day? Just curious. I'm not a doctor but I think you're probably fine. Just check in with yourself and if you ever feel uncomfortable up the calories.

For stress I like watching youtube guided meditations. I also like getting lost in a good book and watching TV - anything that will get me out of my head a little. The youtube stuff actually works. I highly recommend it.

If you look up "Harvard nutrition" they have a recommended plate which shows you how much protein, veg, etc.. you should eat in a meal. It's useful to get ideas.

Nobody ever said anything mean to me, which made things hurt even more. Somebody gave up a seat to me because they thought I was pregnant, and much worse things happened as well. I think I would have to have plastic surgery to feel happy and normal because this stuff has damaged me psychologically.

I agree with the men who said educated, professional guys can be picky about their partners. I don't blame them, just as I don't blame myself for choosing these kinds of men over less educated, less professional guys. People like what they like.

Just drink it instead of drinking calorie laden beverages. It can kill the cravings for something sweet to drink. When you're at starbucks get a green tea.
