can you get a free month membership to either or both? tell them your dilemma and that you want to check it out. even 2 weeks will help you decide. the atmosphere can help you make up your mind! you may decide you like one better and the price and or drive time may not make a difference.

Im going to do a Tough Mudder June 1st. So looking forward to it. Starting last year I did a round of P90X, then Insanity, and have a few days left of Combat. Going to do one more month of Combat since I LOVE the results Im getting. but then Im going to start running more and going thru the suggested workout routine for…

I work rotating shifts. I often will get home at 1030pm and up again at 4am to get to my next shift. I am a single mom w/2 kids. So mealtime and food shopping is difficult to get food for them to actually eat vs what I want/need for me. What works best for me is preparing ahead. When I have the time I will make a full size…

so glad you commented!! i KNEW there was something else out there I wanted to check out..and this is IT!! I love heavy lifting...its what I always go back to. Are you seeing results? You need to get thing in order. Try to be more consitent with your food (the whole weekend binge can really set you off track). Try not to estimate calories. Its amazing how off we can be. I found an order of french fries at a certain place is 2100 calories..yes, two thousand , one hundred calories for one order of…

I have back issues as well. I am surprised I am able to do Shaun T's ab workouts...they are fine. Planks, I agree, are great too. Ive found by doing ab moves it is strengthening my back as well! Superman is rough but works

I have used 2 different formulas...now I know there is room for error..but I have been given 29% to 20%. THAT's a pretty damn big gap....I wish I had an accurate way. I guess I have to break down and get a caliper.....
-
now that will be in my head the rest of the night....lol
-
I usually use half eggs, and half whites. so my 4 egg omelet is 2 of each. all whites is not very tasty, no matter what I add into it. Thanks! Now I know its o.k.!!

OOHH!!! IM IN!! start date: July 1, 2012 Projected end: 9 weeks later...lol Following Nutrition Guide: YES Start weight: 155 Goal Weight: 140 (but body fat down to 20 % is myREAL goal) Im anxious to hear others' results and experiences...I didnt get what I wanted from P90X and after week 1 of Insanity I must say I expected…

[ I agree with all of this. Are you weighing and measuring your food? It's very easy to eat a lot more than you think you are. Have your waist, hip and bust measurements changed? It would be hard not to lose fat with p90x, unless you're already very lean. [/quote] yep, I weigh/measure. i lost 1" in all 3 of those thru the…

Im going to try to answer all you asked: Im at 40/40/20 per Insanity plan. I did the P90X 3 phases at the macros they suggested. I did the portion approach since I hate to cook w/alot of ingredients! I eat clean. not 100%, id say 90%. whole wheat/fresh fruit/veggies/no fast food (well, not none..but once a month maybe).…
