Does Lorraine know you got her Quiche. I've got Chicken breast with a salad and mixed fruit.0 -
2 cups of salad, an oz of feta cheese, 3 oz of grilled chicken, 1/4 cup of bbq almonds, an apple, and 10 glasses of water0

Ham, cheddar, granny smith apple. mixed greens & whole grain mustard on sourdough with fruit.0

Tin of tuna mixed with half a small avocado, a tomato, and some diced peppers. Oh, and some cornichons. Lemon juice and black pepper.0

a sandwich with Dave's light killer seed bread, turkey and pepperjack cheese and mustard
an apple and a banana

This is for a 12 hour shift... not just lunch!0 -

Mid morning: three hard boiled eggs
Lunch: Bratwurst cooked in beer and onions, with grainy mustard, served over garlic-buttery cabbage and carrots
Mid Afternoon: homemade Southwest Chicken vegetable soup using fresh-smoked hickory chicken from yesterday's smoker!0 -

Two slices of thick cut brown bread, 1 tin of tuna in brine, 20grams of red onion and some red jalapeños. I'll be assembling it in 50 minutes time - nom nom!0

I have 4oz of chicken and a nice little medley of red pepper, onion and mushroom. Also, a slice of bread. Just because. Need to add some carbs in or something, you know.. lol... I'm out of bananas though and I need to stop at a grocery store to buy some.... I need my mid-morning banana....0
