    This is for a 12 hour shift... not just lunch!

    Mid morning: three hard boiled eggs
    Lunch: Bratwurst cooked in beer and onions, with grainy mustard, served over garlic-buttery cabbage and carrots
    Mid Afternoon: homemade Southwest Chicken vegetable soup using fresh-smoked hickory chicken from yesterday's smoker!

    I have 4oz of chicken and a nice little medley of red pepper, onion and mushroom. Also, a slice of bread. Just because. Need to add some carbs in or something, you know.. lol... I'm out of bananas though and I need to stop at a grocery store to buy some.... I need my mid-morning banana....
