Anything with sugar in it makes me feel this way...One bite and I could eat the whole fricken thing! And this is hard for me - I work in a dessert factory. I know I just can't have even one bite. I plan ahead and bring plenty of healthy snacks. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. (I win more so than not) Its just about will…

Home. With a small child, a husband thats up and gone by 5am, and a full time job myself - it's hard to justify being out of the house more than I already am.

What kinds of foods are you eating? Think about it like this - if you give up, then what??? You'll be even more unhappy!

I've done turbo fire and I loved it! I mix it in now whenever I need some fun variety in my workouts. Its worth it. But like anything else, if you don't put in the time and energy, its a waste. I love all of the workouts. Give it a try. I believe they have a 30 day money back guarantee.

Change of clothes right down to your underpants, shoes, plastic bags. And there are usually shower stations where you can clean up but I wouldnt expect to much from these. They are usually outside with no curtains so you'll have to clean up with your clothes on with all your mud running friends  Have Fun!

A great paleo cook book is Paleo comfort foods. I love it and everything I made came out delicious

Your body will stay where it is comfortable if you let it - You have to push, make yourself uncomfortable, do something you've never done, work harder than you've ever worked! Put pressure on your body and it can be what ever you want it to be. You have to change your mindset about what you think you're capable of. With…

Nothing will stop this from happening  (mud in the lady bits)

Tie your shoes TIGHT, Do not wear baggy anything - especially pants as you will be trying to hold them up the whole time. Have fun :-)

Beachbody makes a ton of programs that have several DVD's and a calendar in one program. I love these programs as they switch it up and have more variety to them :-) I've done Turbofire, insanity, les mills pump, and I am now doing chalean extreme.

Get some good mats - that will help with your feet! I workout barefoot. you may be doing girl push ups now but you will be doing real ones sooner than you think with this program! Good luck and stick with it - you'll be glad you did

I just finished this a month ago. I absolutely loved it! Go slow in the beginning and watch your form and you will love it too

I have an epulse2 HRM that straps on yur forearm. I love it.
-
 I have an Epulse2 HRM. It straps on your forearm - not chest and I love it. Runs about $90 bucks on Amazon but it was well worth it

Are you excersizing regularly? We all get frustrated with the process. But keep going or you'll be more frustrated with the way the scale is moving
-
What are you doing for excersize? Maybe you need to up the intensity or change up your program.

I am currently doing Chalean Extreme and I work out in the mornings. It comes with a workout calendar so you know which ones to do each day. I love workouts that come as complete programs because it takes all the guess work out of it.

I have an Epulse2 HRM. I love it! You wear it around your forearm - no chest strap. You load it up with all your information and it calculates it by that. Not sure about the accuracy - I try to never eat my workout calories back so atleast I know I've burned something.

Swim. Its a great calorie burner and won't put strain on your calf
-
Do a diet that works for you....If Paleo works for you and you feel good - then do it! We're all different and our bodies react differently to different foods - do what makes you feel good

Don't be afraid. Think of it as a starting point. You have to know where you are before you can figure out where you want to be. Set small goals and chip away at it
-
If you eat well - you feel well
-
If you let yourself quit now - imagine how hard it will be to start over!! Keep Pushing through - you'll be glad you did!

I love food. I love to shop for it, I love to cook it, and I love to eat it

Insanity was the first at home program I ever did. It definitely lives up to its name. I was NOT in shape at all and had done nothing to prepare for it. It is super high intensity that you will lose pounds and inches with. It took me 3 weeks before I could finish the warmup without a break. You'll be suprised how much more…

I honestly think that you are doing the right thing for you now by splitting them up. Once you have the endurance, go ahead and do 2 back to back. Split them for a couple of weeks and then do two together. You don't want to hurt yourself by starting off too strong. Your body will tell you when you're ready! Good luck :-)
