exercise idea.

Hi... I have a strained calf....the doctor said it will take about two weeks to recover... I need to do some exercise..I usually run and do spinning classes...but not now of course!!! Any ideas of exercises I could do without forcing my leg...any ideas will be greatly appreciated..

    On 30 day shred jillian says whilst doing punches that it's good cardio if you have a leg injury so maybe you could find something like that, a kind of boxercise for just upper body !!

    Swim. Its a great calorie burner and won't put strain on your calf :smile:

    Great idea about boxing.. I don't have a pool so swimming would be more difficult but great idea nevertheless !!
