  • I coupon some, not quite to the extreme like the show! I use online printable sites such as Coupons.com, SmartSource and Red Plum. You can print grocery coupons from all three of those!

  • I found a collection called C.L.E.A.N. at the Sephora counter in JC Penney's. I like the Shower Fresh scent the best but they have others too, I like a light and clean fragrance.
  • I'm not a big breakfast eater so I usually go fairly light, Gerbes (Kroeger) brand has a yogurt called CarbMasters, only 60 calories with and 8 grams of protein, I crumble one Nature Valley crunchy granola bar (2 in a package) and have a low calorie breakfast!
