I basically had the same thoughts and questions about whey protein...can't you just eat some tuna, etc to get some protein into your body before or after you have a hard workout?? Thanks for the encouragement everyone! I am going to just keep on doing what I am doing (and more) and pray. I know I also need to get my diet straight too....I am either under calorie or too much sugar...and I am sure that is throwing me off. My daughter is now doing myfitnesspal so I am hoping her partnership will help…

Hi. My 30 Day Shred DVD arrived in the mail today and I started on Level 1. It was pretty tough. I am going to do it for about 3 days and move on. I already feel sore..so that is a good sign that it is a workout worth doing. I am going to take measurements and let you know how I do. :)
