HI. I made almond milk tonight and used the pulp to make cheese....it turned out great...just not sure of the calorie breakdown. Anyone familiar with this??

You should follow the first link...make the milk.......and then to make the cheese use the next link. This link also has instructions on how to make the milk but the first one is much better.
I got 400 grams of almonds on sale for $3. I used only 1 cup and made almost one liter of almond milk and a nice size container of cheese...:) Not bad, eh?0 -
