My oldest cat (14 years old) will beg the entire time I am cooking chicken or turkey..he is a total poultry junkie! He gets nibbles as I am cutting my food but never in excess.

I have PCOS but have been following the guidelines on MFP for the last 35 days and lost 19lbs. I don't eat white bread or white sugar but I have slipped a few times and it does make me stall temporarily. I am off of metformin and my blood sugars are within normal. For myself its around 100 a week. I have a little market where I buy my fruits and veggies and I shop frequently for sales on my meats and dairy. I also look at sales flyers for sales.

I use the new Arm&hammer but I am now curious about Fresh step and its odor eliminating. I have 3 cats and I hate the "cat smell".

Half a medium cantaloupe is around 100 calories. Nature Valley granola thins with the chocolate on top are only 80 calories but I have quit buying them cause I can't eat just one. Some chocolate protein powder, frozen banana and Greek yogurt blended into a shake is fabulous!

Your hands are pointed to the ground and swinging like a pendulum causing fluids to get trapped. This is why hikers have walking poles ( helps with support also). Bend your elbows parallel to the ground and see if it makes a difference.

Have you tried the drinks with stevia? Its natural. Maybe Life water by SoBe? You turned a light bulb on when you said tea makes his legs cramp...I had tea for the first time in a while yesterday and I had the worst leg cramp during my walk!

Spray soup/cereal bowl with cooking spray pour in 4tbsp egg-whites microwave for 1:30 min meanwhile toast low cal bread make into a sandwich (I like a fat-free cheese slice and 2 pre-made turkey bacon slices on mine) total takes less than 5 minutes to make and you can eat it in the car.

Just give your body time to adjust to the changes. If your looking for natural fiber try prunes, sweet ones and sun sweet are very good and good for you. Make sure your getting enough water also. And remember your putting less in which means less out.
