Plus when you log everything, you get the message "If everyday were like today, in 5 weeks you'd weigh ___" if it's the same as I am now, or more, then it motivates me to get back on track the next day. I say, "Everyday will not be like today, so I will not weigh that in 5 weeks" and I move on! Whereas…

Definitely try good will and other second hand shops. I'm also short (5'3 1/2" - gotta count that extra half!) and I duct tape hem my jeans all the time. Did W2D1 today. Jillian's a little odd in this one and i really struggled with the strength exercises in circuit 2... but I'm still going!

W1D4 done, I upped my weights to 5 pounds, from the 3 pounds I used for the shred, so my arms are sore!!!
