  • Hello, I just joined 1 month ago and am down 11 lbs. You CAN do it! Just be consistent with your exercising and adding all you eat on your page. I am mainly walking and riding my Stationary bike. Start slow and don't hurt yourself! Good luck I'm sure you can do it.
  • Yes Absolutely! Walking has helped me, I am 11 lbs down in one month. I have bad knees so I can't run, so I enjoy a good brisk walk. You don't have to "break a sweat" to get your heart pumping. It works for me!
  • Chicken Fried Steak smothered in gravy! I recently went to a family get together, that's what everyone ordered so I ordered a plain baked potato and added my special butter, sour cream and cheese it was delish!
  • I usually get hungry right before I go to bed and don't like to go to bed hungry. I've been eating the Caramel Rice Cakes, they are delish!   • Hello, I also love cheese. Campbell's has a cheese soup and sometimes you can find the low fat. Also Kraft has shredded cheese that says 2% and it is lower in fat and calories, it is delicious and melts and tastes like regular cheese! Also Velveeta has low fat cheese that you can try.
