I'm doing the same thing! I have a 11 mile race at the end of August(not quite a half but close). I like running outside instead of doing the cardio DVDs. Just finished WO2 of week 2. I thought I would try the advanced moves this time. I think I pulled a butt muscle doing it lol. Note to self- don't try to push so hard at the beginning. :tongue: :wink:

I have low RHR/Blood pressure too. According to my polar HRM I burn around 200-225 calories. What kind of HRM are you using?

Im on weeks 5&6 to. I have learned to curse the word "Super Set"! In the middle of work out 5 I tend to call JM all sorts of unlady like things LOL :wink: :happy: :tongue:

I'm doing Jillians ripped in 30 and I have a HRM. When I type in 30min "circuit training general" the calories burned is usally close to the results on my HRM (with in 30-50 calories). :-)

I started doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. It is great! Its intense cardio ( I am sweating buckets the whole time ;-) and builds strength. Best part is that its only 30min long.
