i dont use protein powder. chicken breast is gr8. ton of protein. low fat. eggs and tuna is really good also. i dont use the protein drinks because id rather eat my calories instead of drinking them. but that is just me. good luck

start 275 currently 227. i eat only about 1200 calories a day. i know that is pretty low but i'm still losing weight and i haven't been hungry. chicken,eggs,romaine,broccoli. i throw frozen breast in slow cooker and cover with my homemade salsa. let it cook couple hours. when almost done. i throw my veggies in. mostly broccoli. mix with juices and salsa. awesome.

I'm a rock guy from 80's. I listen to motley crue, Iron maiden, stuff like that 4 working out. Not crazy heavy music but stuff that isn't pop music. My daughters did put some of their music on my ipod and have to admit i do like katy perry and Gaga. What happened to me?

U can use those calories whenever u want. If u burn the calories during exercise, they r gone. U don't lose that work u did. 3500 cal in a pound. If u have a deficit then u lose the weight. good job.

i tried nonfat milk. tastes terrible. if you are cutting calories in your diet throughout the day, reg creamer is fine. But i did cut out the sugar and now use splenda.
