I had tuna with garlic aioli mustard and some gluten free crackers. Which was actually much more fun and tasty than it sounds. I will probably eat some fruit and veggies later to round it out. And I have a piece of dark chocolate waiting for dessert.0 -

Chicken fried steak (from scratch dipped in buttermilk) Homemade mashed potatoes, seasoned collard greens, cream gravy and from scratch bread! I had TONS of calories left and I feel way too full now. It was delicious and we haven't had this in ages. Tomorrow will be homemade pasta sauce and pasta for everyone else

Made chicken stirfry with orange and red peppers, onions, mushrooms and snow peas in a teriyaki sauce. I drain the sauce when scooping it on my plate so I don't really eat it- just use it for flavoring. Yummy. Made a big batch so that my hubby can take left overs with him to work -- we freeze it. Gives us something different to eat than plain chicken.0
