I agree with Tourney; I do the same thing. Of course, I have a lot more pounds left to lose (156). I am currently eating around 1800 calories a day but that's because I've become more active since starting my weight loss plan.

I feel guilty when I take off too, but I remind myself that especially if I worked out hard the previous day, my body probably needs a 1-day break. I don't think it hurts to take a break from exercising, as long as it's a short one. You don't want to get too out of shape by taking a longer one. Created by MyFitnessPal.com…
