Hi Julie good morning!!! What kind of life would I have if I let the pain get to me, When did you have your op? I had a neck fusion and it took two years for it to feel heal. I do my best to try to stay positive. Some days its hard tho.

there are people that cant exersize not because they are too fat, but they might have physical dissability. I for instance have two spinal cord injuries, I still exersize,but there are I,m sure some that cant!

I dont drink anything but water, exept for the tea I have in the mornings.
