weigh in
today was my weigh in,but i did not weigh upon awakening i had to waight a three hours it said i gained 5 lbs. all i had today so far is 2 cups of coffee. i'm very dissapointed! Will you ladies look at my food diary and mabey give me some insite.

weak back
I'v been exersizing a week now and yesterday i just bent down and thu my back out, my son-in-law says its because i hadnt been used to exersizing and doing so it actually weakened my back.can this be true? I'v been watching what i eat and exersizing 1 hour a day( cardio) for a week now,but scale says i gained 5 lbs. Everybody's telling its muscle gain and I wouldnt think a person can that much in muscle. Need help! If anyone cares to look at my food diary I'd be thankful. so, I have a very short stride when I walk(5 inches or so) my husband has a long stride, we can set treadmills for same speed and same distance, but he always gets to his distance in a shorter time than I do. swelling hands
can sombodey explain to me why my hands swell when I walk,I drink about 160oz.of water a day.It doesnt seem to matter what time of day either.My hands swell about double,but after an hour or so it goes back down to normal.
