Hi, I know a couple of (natural) body builders, they have it about 2 hours before a workout and immediately afterwards. Don't worry you won't get muscly. Enjoy x

Hi, that's great thanks! That's very similar to the Strength Training section in my book as that uses more multi-joint exercises rather than in the Building Mass which is more isolating single muscles at a time. So I know what I'm doing now :-) Thanks again
