I bought this protein powder yesterday. Does anyone know when the best time to have it is? Before a work out, after a work out, everyday regardless of whether you work out or not?

Hi, I know a couple of (natural) body builders, they have it about 2 hours before a workout and immediately afterwards. Don't worry you won't get muscly. Enjoy x0

oh, and no harm in having it even if you're not working out, there are some nice protein powder pancake recipes.0
