I started at 206.6 March 6th and last week's weigh in I was 172.6. I have BAD knees and two herniated discs in my back so whatever weight I've lost so far has been solely diet alone. I hope to start moving more soon!

You have an awesome long neck and nice bone structure. I would cut it short in the back and longer towards the front at a angel and dye it redish.....You'd look SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FABULOUS! :D Congrats on all the weight loss!

HAHAHA!! I haven't read it either, but had a lunch date with a friend just yesterday and she INSISTED that I read them! Said they were ten times better than Twilight series and she's HARD CORE Twilight. So, I'll give 'em a read...eventually! :D

Well, I wrote that I'm not eating over 1500 calories, but most days I"m right at 1200 (after plateauing the first time back in Aug, I starting zig-zagging my calories based on suggestions. Oh thank goodness! I can't afford to go to a dietitian so I'm glad you're here. I started in March 2012 at 206 lbs and am now hovering at 178-180 for about the past 5 wks. I'm totally in. Last week we went away for the 4th and I found an old water bottle that holds the 8-8oz amounts needed a day in one bottle.
