I just upped my calories from 1200 to 1600 about 3 days ago, and already I'm up 6 lbs - I only weighed 134lbs at the time, so that's a lot! The calories MFP tells you to eat are what your body needs to lose weight, without thinking it's starving. When you exercise, yes...it adds on more calories. Eat them! Don't forget that just eating fatty foods isn't the only thing that contributes to body fat. Keep an eye on your carb intake as well.
