You look great! Can I ask what you have done? What do you avoid? what do you do for exercise. I really hate working out at the gym so I need home ideas or just walking. I have 2 big dogs so we do walk them a lot. Again...great job and keep it up

I can weigh 5 pounds more one day than I did the day before depending on what type food I eat, what exercise I do, etc. Trust the answers...Its water. Unless you ate 21000 calories
-
OP, whatever you are doing seems to be working good for you. Nobody is going to get sick and die eating 1100 or 1200 calories per day. Nobody on here is an expert even though many seem to think they are. Keep doing what works for you. Why change it when you have had success with it.

small changes. About 30 lb difference.

"in the last 10 mins, literally he got 20 phone calls 10+ people showing up at his house and it was 1 am" Smoking a little more than cigs I would venture to say. Sounds like a dealer with 20 phone calls and 10 diff people showing up in middle of night

Why delete them at all? If they are inactive they are not clogging up your news feeds or anything? Maybe they fell off the wagon and then when they come back they will be bummed find they have no friends for support again. A lot deleted me as well when I was inactive for a few months.

No. As long as you are eating at a deficit you wont gain weight back. I had to take two weeks off because I fell and broke my tailbone and I actually lost 2 pounds. My guess is I was starting to lose muscle tone. Idk.

Just took my measurements today. Since March of 2012 I have lost a total of 31 inches and 15 of those inches have been since January 1st of this year! Sure pays to get my **** together and get back on track. Even if the scale slows down things are still changing and that makes me happy :)

Just have one. You wont gain weight from one cookie. Enjoy it :) Or if you are worried then just do a little extra cardio.

Thank you so much! Now yesterday I fell down my basement steps and broke my tailbone so looks like working out will be on hold for a bit. I hope to be able to at least eat decently to prevent a gain. However I am leaving for Mexico next Saturday. Going to be a rough couple of weeks!!

Thank you!! The pic helped! My co worker today said "you look great and I think you need to see a full body pic" so she took one and I was actually a little bit shocked! I have generally tried to hide from cameras. My daughter said "you actually have a waist now and not boxy :p kids!

This always seems to be a touchy subject. I say do whatever works best for you. People don't always have to eat their exercise calories back. What is the point of working out if you are just going to cancel it all out with food. I work out to create more of a deficit and lose at a steady pace. Some days I eat some of it…

Bupropion doesn't have a side effect of weight gain. If anything it has an effect of weight loss because it makes you less hungry. More common •Abdominal or stomach pain •constipation •decrease in appetite •dizziness •increased sweating •trembling •weight loss Less common •Blurred vision •change in sense of taste…

Amazing job! You look great and kudos to you for sticking with it and not giving up on yourself or your health. Way to go! Now go walk past your ex's house with that dog she left you holding when she kicked you out and let it take a big dump on her front lawn!
