30 lbs 3 1/2 months with face pics

Today I hit the 30 lb mark. I have a hard time telling the difference from day to day but when I look back at my picture right around Christmas time I can really tell the difference. I have much further to go but it is a very good start! It is such a good feeling when people start noticing the changes. It keeps me motivated!!! Thank you all for posting your success stories. I go to that page often to keep me going!!!

It's always amazing to me how much younger people look when they take off significant weight. Maybe it's the proportion of eyes to face. You look at least 10 years younger! Bravo!0
