Woooooooooooooo:happy: you were all right, I increased my caloric intake slightly and I have lost 2.5lbs, half an inch off my hips and an inch and a half off my waist. I am sooooooo happy with my self right now. It actually takes me to 10lb weight loss altogether, but 3lb since starting on MFP.

I think once a week should be okay, although like twixygirl I do tend to weigh myself every morning before I have eaten or drank anything, mainly so I can keep track of my weight better. I intend to only track and long my weight progress every week on here though. Good Luck.
