welcome to MFP. you can weigh yourself any time as long as you do it the same time every day. i usually weigh my self first thing in the morning to me it looks better than after i start eating. you should definately eat the calories that you burned off working out. it helps you continue to get the minimum your body needs…

you can try walking on a treadmill with a high incline. you will burn more calories than you think.

Naturade Veg protein. its a soy based protein it does not mix well with anything and it has a chalky taste.

losing 2 lbs a week is very healthy for you. if you continue to eat 1200 calories a day you will drop the weight to quickly and be smaller but it wouldnt be a healthy weight, now when you start adding calories make sure its the right type of calories. fruit, vegetables, nuts and brown rice is good.

hello i have been a vegetarian for 8 months now, but i have been thinking of going back to chicken, fish and turkey because i want to put on more muscle and i dont think im getting enough protein in my diet.

my body mass says i should weigh 160-170 lbs i would prefer to be around 170 but if the cuts are there i guess i can ignore the scale.

thanks for all the post i do count the caloric count from the shake. as far as my structure i would like to have the 6 pack and all the muscle cuts so i can take my shirt off at the pool :)

i use super advanced whey protein and i am thinking of using caesin proteing over night.

i agree with the big house but some of us still were unable to run to the 3 songs. i prefer to take the slow and steady approach. depending on how long you can run now lets just say you can run .4 miles on the treadmill the speed doesnt matter you know when your jogging. the next time you run add point 1 to the last time…
