how did it go with Killer buns?I've just completed it and have mixed feelings....think I will combine it with ripped in 30 to give my upper body a good workout too.... lots of lunges ( i hate them) in killer buns, which puts me off slightly....

Hi I did Ripped in 30 before my hols in Sept, was really good....but be careful and make sure you warm up properly before each exercise...I didnt once and did my back in...not nice for 1 week I was out... I am starting Buns & thights tomorrow, it supposed to be really intense, so exited to try! Good luck!

I havent started weighting my food, perhaps I need to do that... with regards to exercise I tend to put less time even if I do more mins so that the system doesnt overestimates the cals.. Yes I do need to cut back on sugar, as soon as I have my porridge and banana in the morning for breakfast I am even on sugar intake...so…

Hi I have the same problem, so curious what to do... My cals goal is 1330, i lost few punds to begin with down to 62.3kg from 64.5kg, but for the past 2 weeks I am on 62.8kg ( managed to put on 0.5kg??!!) kg and the scale is not moving anymore??? very frustrating.... so heeeelp!!

Hi thanks for coming back to me. Well I completed 30DS twice already, this was my 3rd attempt...but I am getting a bit bored and wanted to tone up quicker...hence my attempt to start Ripped in... Oh well, no pain no gain I guess...see how I feel tonight xxx

Hi I started 30 DS yesterday too :-) it's great, isnt it? I completed 30 DS before, just repeating it now I am not keen on launches, I found them really horrible and I have to want that my knee doesn't go over my toes... sometimes my knee hurts when I do them Do you feel any pains??

Hi Sophie, Yeah site seems amazing! Lets see how I get on with my food diary... The projection said to me that I need to be on 1236 calories a day..isnt it a bit too low tho?? That I way I will be down by 5lbs by 5th Sept... hmmmm definatelly dont want to starve myself...

I know what you are saying, keeping up with things was never my strongest skill..BUT I really want to change it! Also I need some sort of herbal tea or stg to help me to decrease my appetite.. Does anything like that exists and works? Sometime I can eat for 2 people....
