how do you log 30DS

Hey all, im going to start 30DS, how do you log it under exercise?

    I have been logging it as 20 minutes circuit training and 5 minutes stretching. But 8 guess a HEM is the best way.

    i log it as 20 mins circuit training general...approx 167 cals burnt

    I've always just logged it as 20 minutes of circuit, general. For my weight that's 181 cals but it always feels like more! Good luck and enjoy shredding....I loved it and still mix it in with my weekly workouts. Watch out for the first three days, I couldn't walk! It definitely gets better. All the best :smile:

    20 minute circuit training w/ 175-195 calorie burn if you complete for that day. Good luck....

    Thanks people i will post result once completed :) May take a little more then the actual 30days as i dont workout on sundays give my body a rest x

    Ive just looked at how many calories i would burn & mines come up as 141calories. if i put 20minutes

    I always logged it as 20 circuit training till I got my hrm and it came out pretty much the same x

    I timed out the video because I kept seeing people logging it as 27 or 28mins. It is approx 26mins and 42 secs. So I logged it as 26mins circuit training yesterday. But I think I'll end up logging it as 22 in circuit training. Either way I burn over 350 calories for it. =)
