  • I think you would have to lower total body fat. I have read some about gaining glute muscle- may help lesson the thigh bulking to hold up your skeleton. If you get a better answer, you could make a blog and get rich.
  • I have been through a similar situation. Having 9 children and losing myself. I was up to 212lbs at one point. I have slowly lost 56 lbs. just two days ago, I started on what should be my last 10 lb. Loss. You can do this, and the rewards are so sweet
  • Tierd of bodily aches & pains. I want my muscle tone to support my joints.
  • You can add me as a friend, if you'd like. I am heading back to size 8 too (starting at size 14/16). I haven't been there in 6 years, but I just got back to it yesterday. Planning my first workout today. I would love to have the company.
  • If you need some friends, you can friend me. I am no expert, but I am effectively losing & have a lot of weight to go, so I will be around for the winter. My diary is open to friends, so you can see what works for me. And the best of luck to you.
  • My goal today is to do any kind of exercise at all. By the way I am 30 weeks. I hope you meet your goal.
  • Mints were the best thing to keep it at bay for me.

  • Babybell kettlebell workout is a great workout. My buns and thighs have been sore for 2 days, & bonus- it doesn't feel that hard while you are doing it. If you are tired and don't really feel like working out, mamastrong prenatal is a nice 28 min. Toning and stretching workout. It goes by fast and is more relaxed.

  • I was getting a little carried away eating all the wrong things for like 4 days, & the scale went up 5 lbs. Yikes. I decided to get back to healthy eating yesterday (and did really good) the scale was 2 lbs down this morning. I knew it wasn't all real gain, but it was scary to see the scale up that much.
  • I think some people have added it as exercise or a food with a negative calorie count. I would search around. I breastfed and lost weight at 1800 cal. with exercising, & not eating back exercise calories. I would lose around 2 lbs/week. Good luck its a juggle.
  • Sw 166 lbs Week 5 166 lbs. Week 6 167 lbs. week 7 165 lbs. week 8 165 lbs. I am amazed I didn't gain this last week. I am pretty sure I ate all the wrong things.

Today I have been eating off track, and I having a really hard time keeping my motivation up to workout too. So I hope I can continue to maintain for the first trimester. Focus, Focus, Focus.
  • This is just the conversation I was wanting to hear. I am currently just 2 days from being 8 weeks pregnant, and I am trying to keep working out. I had to turn my c25k, into just walking at 4 mph, and yesterday instead of doing two sets of my upper body exercises, I only did one. I am trying to keep going with exercise,…

  • Hello ladies! I am due Dec. 17th. I was in the process of losing, and doing well when I found out I was pregnant. I am trying to maintain my current weight (166 lbs) through the first trimester. Then trying to gain only 25 lbs throughout this pregnancy. I will be 42 when baby arrives. I am 5'6" and have been exercising 6…
  • Sw 166 lbs Week 5 166 lbs. Week 6 167 lbs. I don't know why I gained this week, I have eaten healthy 6 days of the week, & had one cheat day. I am thinking cheat days don't work the same when pregnant. Major bummer. Every time I have a cheat day I gain like 4 lbs., & spend the rest of the week trying to fight it back off.…
