If you need some friends, you can friend me. I am no expert, but I am effectively losing & have a lot of weight to go, so I will be around for the winter. My diary is open to friends, so you can see what works for me. And the best of luck to you.

Take it slow and steady. You may lose weight quickly at first...that's water weight...And don't look at it as a diet, but a lifestyle change. It just means being healthy from now on...eating right, eating just what you need, and exercising. Exercising does not have to be pumping iron at the gym 8 days a week... You can start out walking 50 feet..then 60 feet, etc. There will be days when you keep under your goal intake and exercise...more out than in...and still gain weight. Don't worry about it...keep focused on the long term goal, and your long term successes. Be proud of what you are doing...and be proud of yourself for doing it. Set long term and short term goals. Make sure the goals are attainable...you need to see victories to keep you going...You will do fine.
