Take me back to size 8

I’m 20 now and attempted weight loss many times. I was doing really well last year and my size 8 clothes were baggy, however I had to have an operation and since kind of angry ate my way back to a tight size 12 because I lost the will to bother.

Looking for some lovely people who would be willing to share advice, food diaries etc. Thank you!

    You can add me as a friend, if you'd like. I am heading back to size 8 too (starting at size 14/16). I haven't been there in 6 years, but I just got back to it yesterday. Planning my first workout today. I would love to have the company.
