HiI do stuff with a personal trainer EPOC training in spin and rower ( interval cardio) boot camp and spin class during the week then also have 2 days of weihtbtrainignlegs and back then shoulders and arms 20-25 reps upping weights each time with ,ore cardio time permitting Thanks for replying to my post just feel tetchy…

My personal trainer gets me to do dead lifts then cardio at end to burn pure fat!! How long for each will depend on your own metabolism etc. Killer workout though, my shoulders were on fire next day :)

I am just on wk 2, if u do it on consecutive daysI think it can cause injury. Wk 1 not too bad I did do it 4 times, wk 2 harder may do an extra session over the 8 days to get better.

i am on wk 2 day 1, never felt like a runner on my life, but I seem to be coping with it, even at times enjoying it!!!!!! Dig in a lot of people have done it on the site and swear by it

I have one and it really helps to track cals, only drawback is their website does not have the fab database of foods like this has, I did suggest they should try to improve this. Good though and tracks level of exercise, I thought I was killing myself but I know realise the level I was exerising at was below my full…

I have been burning it at the gym on 1500 a day and really minimal loss. Got a personal trainer and now doing interval training and hoping to see a difference. cheers folks, I know i have a weakness for chips, crisps, chocolate, pasta, bread and cheese!!!!! I like to do old skool vegetarian but it is time consuming. Also hard to get protein amount right. Anyone heard of vatkins??
