think meal #1,2 and 5 are great I feel #3 you need trade in the rice cakes with maybe an apple or something like a veggie or a fruit. then I would do away with #6 and #4 needs to be either almond or yogurt with some kind of fruit or veggie..i think you are over thinking the whole process. and need to just add more fruits…

When I weighed 300lbs I always felt the same way you do..pain every where and not one doctor would listen and just do a few tests and say lose weight....I didn't believe them and would search for a new doctor continuously and each and every doc would do the same thing and eventually I needed to at least get rid of this…

It takes your info and shows your actual burn throughout the day so even if you sat or slept asll day you burn calories those are the calories you need to sustain life.

I have one it's great device to get you moving but if you already move a lot and are looking for accuracy for calories burned, I would suggest a heart rate monitor. I have seen many inconsistencies in it but it gives you a general idea of steps and flights and calorie burn.
