This is my first winter riding, in NE Ohio - and I'm loving it. I discovered there's really good clothing out there, and you can stay plenty warm right on down to zero degrees. Once the snow hits, I won't ride if it's covered the road, or if it's packed on the side... I'm hopefully getting some lights soon and can't wait…

Me! I started at 370. I did/do some modifying mostly on the jumping for me to prevent ankle blowouts. I love it - it's the only workout that takes me back to the ole high school basketball practices.

Easily 7-10lbs. Mine also comes back off 1-2lbs per day so long as i'm back to healthy eating.

MFP has revolutionized my life, and I log everything - except for about 1/2 of my binges. It's the dealing with that reality... plus since I am overall very very happy with my progress, I just want to move on and focus on putting as much time between that binge and the next one.
