  • I did yoga and felt like rubbish. I did it with a PT in the end because I couldn't face the class. I still won't do classes ever I'm not at the stage in my mind where I can work out in front of people. Yet I run my wobbly *kitten* in the gym no problem. Think memories stem back to gym in school days.

  • Tonight I'm having baked garlic madras and chille salmon, that has been soaked in madras powder with little olive oil garlic and cut chillies.   • fantastic achievement before and after pics are great you have really changed your whole body shape. a big well done, how many times a week was you running and how long for thats what i like doing best :) im currently 4 tmes a week using mfp to watch the cals and doing weights at the gym to tone muscle :)

  • most likely water retention, up your movement and intake of water so you dont retain it. you can do this hun keep at it you have done so well
  • i heard dont eat a banana after lunch time because unless yu have great metabolism you wont burn it off for 12 hours! whether its true i dont know but i stay away fro them now
