I hate when folk provide input, who doesn't have the answer to the question. Ignore the negavity, everyone has an opinion and unfortunately wants everyone else to hear it. No one should have responded to your post if they hadn't tried the wraps. Period.

Keep him in prayer and write and/or send cards several times a week. Also, care packages make you feel special. I know that when I was deployed, we hopped on mail like it was crack! Knowing that people back home are thinking of you and sending encouragement helps to get you through.

I can't help you because I put 2 chocolate cookies in teh oven and I had one 5 minutes ago, blowing my diet to smithereens!
