For years i said I was going to get in shape, eat the right food, and tons of other goals....... It was time to put up or shut up and this was the result. I cut my calorie intake in half; I started walking with a weighted vest. The weight started falling off but I did struggle and many slip ups. The way I see it If I slip up on my diet or workout one day just get back on it the next day. Don’t wait until next week or next month. The next day is best day to get back on track!
