I know water is an awesome way to feel full, but is there a difference between cold and room temperature? What other "snack" foods are not bad for you? suggestions welcome :flowerforyou:

So for all of you out there....how long does it take for the tiredness and cravings to go away? I want to eat a small elephant around 10pm, and my stomach is rumbling....I eat well through the day but never seam to feel full :grumble:

I know the feeling, I have the same issues with my back, hurt it while working on an ambulance and it has been a struggle with weight ever since, I also am looking for someone to motivate me who has been through the same back issues as me. feel free to add me it sounds like we have alot in common :flowerforyou:

ERRRR 161 now 160, bad week my hindrance this week out of town and lots of work, no excuses I know but I had difficult time finding time, Back on track this week.

The important thing is you are trying and not making excuses, you will do great next week and kick butt, keep your chin up and keep on going, You didnt let me down one pound lost is still lost !:flowerforyou:

Starting 167 now 161, not great but not bad, I know this is a learning experience and adjustment phase, what I did cut out bad food , eat right and exercise, I hope to put more on the number board next week. :ohwell:

I think by the time we hit 40 we make a conscience decision to change, our eating habits and lives I have hit that point and would love to support you in the fight ( some support back would be great) together we can do it little steps at a time :happy:
