That was actually me a year ago. I actually recovered from an eating disorder but gained more weight than i should have haha. So i'm trying an easier approach with IIFYM. I gained an extra 10 pounds and i just wanna eat right and exercise the right way.

my doctor said I should really stop working out though, I havent had a proper workout in like a month. :(

I haven't even logged everything I ate today, but yea I did too little to loose weight that's why i'm really scared now that i'm trying to maintain.

I just wanted to lay off the exercise this week because I've been pretty sick and such, but now i'm paranoid i've gained some weight back because i've stopped exercising and upped my calories by a bit.

yes, but if i up my intake to 1200 now without exercise will i gain weight because i'm doing it so suddenly?

I've been like this for the past week. I seem to only be eating under 1200 calories even when I'm trying to eat as much as I can. I've been working out too so my average net calories has been below 1200 since friday. -sigh-
