Need advice!

I've been under my calorie goal for the last 3 days, but i don't feel hungry whatsoever.. I'm not even trying to hold back or anything! What should I do to ensure I'm getting all the calories I need.

    If you're truly not hungry, have some extra fruits & veggies- they won't overfill you and you'll get your nutrients!
  • Thanks! It's 8pm here, should i still continue to eat those fruits? I heard its bad to eat past 7:30

    Start doing small things, like adding a little olive oil when you cook, or eating a serving of almonds as a snack, or add some avocado to your salads. That should help you hit your calorie goal, and those good fats actually help stoke your metabolism.
