  • I'm 5'9" and currently weigh 169. I wear a size 10/12. My highest weight was 268lbs a few years ago. My goal is to be back in the 150's again. I was down to 150 a few years ago, but was told I was too skinny for my height and body frame.
  • I've have been experiencing the same thing as well as feeling nauseated until today. Today, I had a light meal and drank some water prior to my work-out, during my workout and after and felt great.
  • I am so glad that you are all joining me with this challenge. Thank-you, thank-you, THANK YOU!!! You don't know what this means to me! I know I couldn't have done this alone. I haven't been this pumped in....well since the last time I was determined to lose 100lbs (and I've lost this amount TWICE during the last 20 years)…

  • Hi, My final goal date is set for May 9th - my 13th Wedding Anniversary!!! I want to look as good or if not better then what I did that day (and honestly, I was one HOT looking, slim bride that day LOL). I have around 15lbs left to lose but a lot of toning to do to meet my goal!
  • My fingers are crossed for you!!!! My first "sign" of pregnancy for all my kids is I started craving Dairy Queen Ice Cream and I had to have it NOW!!!!....and I don't like DQ's ice cream . So off to DQ I went and as soon as I was done, I headed to the pharmacy for a pregnancy test and sure enough ++++! LOL
  • For a quick fix, I eat protien bars. I buy the ones that are high protien/low carb and around 180-200 calories. Just don't buy the cheaper bars since they do taste like chalk! The ones that I have right now are double chocolate and chocolate-peanut butter (can't think of the brand name at the moment), are very tasty and…
  • That really makes sense! Thank you!!! I also like the ideas of recording your snacks at the beginning of the day, and deleting what is not used by days end. Thanks again to all of you for your advise. M
  • Thank you everyone for the advise. This is SO much appreciated! I'm going to re-read all the replies, and follow through one by one. If one doesn't work for me, I will go to the next. The only option I don't have is cleaning out the cupboards. Even though my husband and children are very supportive, I can't deprive them of…
  • I'm 5'9, 169lbs and most of my pants are a 10/12, depending on the make/style. When I was 155 (my goal weight...again), I was fitting comfortably in a size 9. I think it all depends on whether you have a small, medium or large body frame. I know I will never fit into anything less then a size 7/8 because my bone structure.…
