I was having a very similar problem and then I started to eat a different lunch. My lunch now consists of 1 cup Spaghetti Pasta, 1 cup sauteed mushrooms, zuchinni, and red peppers, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce. Cracker chips and sometimes a fruit. I looked at your diary and it appears to me that you are eating the wrong things. The fast foods and processed foods are not good for you....regardless of the caloric values. You seem to consume a lot of sodium and carbs....these do not make losing weight easy or successful. I think you need to seek some nutritional advice…

Along with giving fruit a try you could also add some granola or cereal, like cheerios in it. I love the Chobani yogurt and I put granola, and different cereals in it as I eat for the 'crunch' factor. Plus it takes longer to eat that way too!

I drink more than 1/2 my body weight. What I wonder is if the flavor packettes you put into the water count towards your water intake. If so, I'm probably drinking my weight! (in ounces naturally)

I think jpfrimmer's idea is a great one! You probably cannot see any change because you look at yourself everyday, so any changes won't be quite so obvious.

Thank you! I know it's not a complete disaster....but it's so frustrating. Guess I will just be extra stingy today with the rest of my calories and begin a new tomorrow. I couldn't even begin to guess...but I was careful about what I ate and didn't gorge! So there is always that!
