I do that every time there are Baked Lays in the house. Kind of defeats the purpose of the baked thing...glad to know I'm not alone.

Ok, just found this calculator, seems more accurate: http://www.everydayhealth.com/Calories-Burned-Yoga.htm Though I'm sure a heart rate monitor is the only way to really tell. Good luck!

Don't know the answer but I'd love to find out. Did 40 min Vinyasa this morning, site said I only burned like 70 calories. There's no way!

Hello...I just found this thread and think m prayers have been answered! Those damn drinks on the weekends are killing me! Not willing to give them up though. My best friend was in town all weekend, went to a wine festival on Saturday. Probably had in the area of 15 drinks in 2 days. Looking to cut back, but not cut drinks…

What? I need that ice cream recipe! I have gotten more creative introducing vegetables into my diet. Tonight I made chicken burgers with sauteed onion, garlic, carrot, tomato, and bell pepper hidden inside. They were great!

Just glad to know I'm not the only one. They are my weakness! I don't keep them in the house but when offered them anywhere else, I can't stop until they're all gone. I wish they would just go away. Good luck.

Off subject but... I just looked at your food diary, are you really only eating 300-500 calories a day? I know it's not my business but I was just wondering and a little worried if so.

Make a pita pizza...whole wheat pita toasted under the broiler then topped with 'no sugar added' pasta sauce, reduced fat cheese and lots of veggies.Put the whole thing back under the broiler to melt the cheese. It always satisfies my pizza craving. Hope this helps!

3 mile walk with the pups today, much cooler in New Mexico this evening. Such a refreshing change from the recent heat.

Had to cut my walk short since it was the first one with the new puppy. It's just too hot here! Adding 1.75 miles though.

Just got home from vacation in Portland. What a beautiful city with lots of opportunity for exercise. I am excited to be adding 14 miles to my total...ticker updated.

2 mile walk this morning. Wish I could have done another this evening but the rain came in and I'm stuck inside. Off on vacation to Portland tomorrow; hopefully that will involve a lot of walking and hiking. I'll check in on Sunday. Have a great end of week everyone!

Had unexpected company for the last three days so I've been sitting on my butt instead of moving it. I did 3 miles this evening, hoping to get back on track this week before I head out on vacation...
