Woman problem...
Okay...
Just wondering if any of you ladies out here have a problem with running, due to you boobs hurting if you do? I have tried a sports bra and I have tried a regular bra with a sports bra over it. It isn't working... If you have something different that works well for you feel free to let me know. If you don't want to post it on here just message me. Thank you

Before my boobs disappeared I used those super compression sports bras. I cannot stand any sort of jiggle factor. Now that they've disappeared (can anyone tell me where they ran off too??) I use a regular sports bra.
Never mind that I look like a ladyboy.0 -
Oh yea...
I mean before I dropped 30 lbs I was a 38 DD, now I'm a 36 DDD they aren't getting smaller, only my band size. I have to wear a minimizing bra bc it straps those babies down and en I wear a sports bra and my workout tank by Everlast has a built in bra too
If I don't I pull mass amounts of muscles in my chest0 -

2 sports bras one of them being a compression sports bra. I have the same issues0 -
PrimRose oil is a natural supplement that helped with my tenderness around TOM, maybe it would help you. Best of luck.0

I have worn a sports bra under a sports bra tank top and I feel like I am being smothered! So, for me, I can't imagine wearing 2 sports bras!
Personally, I have found sports bras that have adjustable straps to be the best for me. I shorten the straps and the girls barely move! I have also found that wearing a sports bra that is one size too small does a similar trick.
Hope this helps!:flowerforyou:0 -
I've tried wearing two sports bras too. I didn't jiggle, but it was hard to breathe too. You might want to stick to a treadmill that takes out some of the shock or you could check out a bare foot running site. Barefoot running is harder at first, but it takes the shock off of your joints and other floppy body parts. My best friend is an avid barefoot runner and just did her first marathon.0

I found a regular bra and sports bra, compression works great, the tighter the better. My boobs aren't going anywhere either!0

Thanks girls I will try the smaller sports bra and another on top of that. I thought I was gonna have to tape (ace bandage) these puppies down, but maybe this will work. LMBO.0

I don't know what a minimizing bra is? Sad because I work putting clothes away and bra's are a part of that. LOL. I am inbetween sizes so I think that's part of the reason why it's difficult to find something that works. I either wear a 38 C or 36 D and am really not used to being this big chested. I, of course had to have the typical gain of cup sizes with weight gain. I really hope once I loose the weight they go down.0 -

I have heard of this before, but had completely forgotten about it. Where was the marathon? What kind of surface is it on? I am curious because I at one point thought I would like to do the barefoot running and have wanted to complete a marathon. The only problem is when I was in high school I got 2nd and 3rd degree burns on the bottom of my feet from hot pavement. I still have issues with my feet and it's been 8 years. I guess I should just look it up Thanks for the reminder I really appreciate it.0 -

I wear VFFs on my feet, an Enell sports bra and I'm a 40 DDDD. No wiggle, jiggle or bounce. Pain free, happy running. Would also recommend training with Russian Kettlebells. Bent rows, military presses and halos will greatly increase your comfort in your own body.0
