i am also doing the shred and i was sore and didn't want to work out the next day so to fix it i did a lot more stretches even some she doesn't do and i walk the next day then i do the shred again so i just switch it out one day of walking and one day of shred

yea my legs kill so i do it every other day or i get so sore i don't want to keep going plus i gotta get lots of cardio.

you just have to fight the urge. i picked up a soda after 3 weeks and i got so sick because it felt like i stuck a straw in a thing of sugar an sucked:0 so after a while you just wont want it Pepsi was my weakness to you an do it

i just started 30 day shred so looking at your pics makes me excited? after the first two days my legs are really sore did you take time to rest or push throw the pain?

i do some lemon in my canned tuna (water not oil) get some low calorie crackers your choice and cut up some lettuce and tomato and onion on one cracker and its like a little sandwich just with out bread

i did the diet and lost 35 pounds and got healthy enough to get pregnant. but i didn't do the 500 calories i did 700. 500 is to low my friend did 500 and it put her body into starvation mode and she stopped losing after 15 and you cant cheat or you have to eat just 6 apples a day but with a higher calorie count you wont…
