I eat every 3 hours however, "never be hungry, never be full" absolutely does not apply to me. I am always hungry and rarely ever reach that uncomfortably full point. I do get full but sometimes not as full as I'd like. It takes getting used to.

What did you use to measure the portion to begin with? Units cancel as a basic math and chemistry principle.
